Shift Supervisor (Part-Time): At Assure Women’s Center, the Shift Supervisor plays a crucial role in ensuring that patients receive the highest level of care and support. This part-time position (18 hours per week) is responsible for overseeing daily patient shifts, ensuring staff and volunteers are present and ready to assist, and managing the flow of each shift with attention to detail. The Shift Supervisor also provides support to patients and guests, and steps in as an Advocate or Receptionist when needed. Receptionist (Part-Time): Assure Women’s Center seeks a compassionate and detail-oriented Receptionist to be the first point of contact for patients and guests. This part-time role (alternating 10-15 hours per week) is responsible for ensuring a warm and professional welcome, maintaining a secure and organized environment, and verifying patient appointments. The Receptionist will assist in keeping the lobby clean, managing the daily schedule, and providing essential administrative support as needed. Mobile Unit Nurse / Sonographer (Part-Time): Assure Women’s Center seeks a part-time Mobile Unit Nurse/Sonographer to join our life-affirming medical team serving women across the Omaha metro area. This unique role operates from our state-of-the-art Mobile Medical Unit, providing pregnancy and STD testing, treatment, early obstetric ultrasounds, and compassionate nursing care. You’ll follow our proven 15-Step Focus Patient Process and collaborate closely with the Mobile Unit Supervisor to ensure each woman receives excellent care and support. We’re looking for a licensed LPN, RN, or RDMS with a heart for ministry, a commitment to consistent care, and a desire to innovate how we reach our community.
