Do you have a heart for women and babies but a busy schedule that makes regular volunteering tough? Becoming a Church Ambassador is a wonderful way to become active in the pro-life movement, right where you already are.
Who are Church Ambassadors?
Church Ambassadors are individuals who share a passion for Assure’s life-affirming mission and want to champion awareness and support within their church communities. They may not have the capacity to commit to weekly volunteering, but they still want to keep their hands and feet active in the pro-life community in meaningful, tangible ways. Being a Church Ambassador is a great way for busy people to volunteer or for someone to take their very first step into serving in our pro-life work.
What do Church Ambassadors do?
- December 2025: Print and distribute materials for 40 Days of Prayer initiative (or swing by Assure’s office to pick up pre-printed materials).
- January 2026: Ask your church, small group, Bible study group, etc. to let you speak on Sanctity of Human Life Sunday (SOHL) Sunday for 5 minutes to share about Assure and introduce the 40 Days of Prayer or invite an Assure staff member to speak at your church. The primary dates for SOHL 2026 are January 11, 18, and 25.
- January-February 2026: Invite church members, friends, small groups, and community connections to join the 40 Days of Prayer.
- Act as a liaison between Assure and your church.
